Refund Policy
1. Return & Refund Overview
At GlitzDerm, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the conditions described below.
2. Return Period
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To start a return, you must contact us within this 30-day window.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, intact packaging.
- You must provide a proof of purchase (order number / receipt).
- Because of hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund (unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped):
- Opened or used skincare / cosmetic items.
- Personalized or custom-made products (if any).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance / Sale items.”
- Gift cards (if GlitzDerm offers them).
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please:
- Inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
- Contact us within 3–7 days of delivery, providing your order number and a photo / description of the issue.
- We will evaluate your claim and, if approved offer a full refund or an exchange (at your choice). In this case, return shipping may be covered by GlitzDerm (or we will advise how to return the item).
6. How to Initiate a Return / Refund
- To request a return, please email us at info@glitzderm.com (or use our contact form) with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Unauthorized returns (i.e. sent without approval) will not be accepted.
7. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear.
- If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
8. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you may return the eligible item for a new order after your return is approved. (You will need to place a new order for the replacement product.)
9. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
- For regular “change-of-mind” returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective / damaged / incorrect items: GlitzDerm will cover return shipping or ask you to send photos first and then advise on return logistics.
